Analyzed intercompany transactions for tangible goods, services and intangibles based on U.S. regulations (i.e., Internal Revenue Code sections such as 482 and 6662 and regulations thereunder), non-U.S. transfer pricing regulations (e.g., Russia’s), and OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development) guidelines.
Responded to IDRs (Information Document Requests) issued by the IRS (Internal Revenue Service) in transfer pricing examination. Successfully defended positions taken in the transfer pricing study prepared by another professional firm which led to no adjustments by the IRS.
